Challenges of STX France Saint-Nazaire in the beginning of the NESTIX project.
STX France Saint-Nazaire wanted to improve its efficiency in hull production and to increase clearly its block production capacity with the same production system. At the same time there was a goal to take principles of LEAN production into use in the yard.
