Dalian Marine Day was held September 19th 2011 in China by 14 Finnish companies together with Embassy of Finland. All together 230 shipbuilding professionals participated this annual seminar.

Mr. Ismo Piirainen, General Area Manager of NESTIX, and Mr. Geng Yan, Manager of NESTIX China, presented a modern shipbuilding concept which is consisted of digital design, digital management and digital production. NESTIX SHIP system is focusing on digital production section, and helps customer to know their YESTERDAY, TODAY and TOMORROW.

YESTERDAY: Quality traceability and workload statistics.

TODAY: Just-in-time management and monitor the status in production floor.

TOMORROW: Forecast the capacity by accurate calculation.
